Tommy did a great Job. Went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We needed a space cleared to park our trailer that was covered in brush. We also needed our driveway to be re graveled. He made sure both areas were compacted so we wouldn’t get ruts and washouts. He even helped take down some widow makers we couldn’t reach so we could cut them up. He listened to what we needed and provided added ideas, including adding a trail so we could access the space and keep an eye on it from our house. Very reasonably priced!
Our Company
Demolition contractor serving Princeton, MN since 2004
TG Landworks is a farm and ranch excavation company serving Princeton, Isanti, and the surrounding counties. We were built by someone who grew tired of seeing horse and livestock operations underserved by contractors who didn't specialize in this work. That frustration became a company with more than 20 years of experience and a clear focus on doing this right.

Our Story Built for the farm,
Built for the farm,
built to last
TG Landworks was built on more than 20 years of hands-on excavation and demolition work. Over those two decades, we saw the same problem repeat itself: farm and ranch owners were getting handed off to general contractors who didn't understand livestock, didn't understand horses, and didn't have the patience to get the details right. That gap is exactly why TG Landworks exists.
Our founder started this company because he was done watching subpar work get delivered to people who deserved better. Working for others meant accepting shortcuts and settling for crews that had no real connection to farm life. Starting TG Landworks meant building something different from the ground up, a company that puts farming and ranching at the center of everything it does.
Today, TG Landworks specializes in the work that horse and livestock operations actually need. We design and install automatic livestock drinking systems that keep your animals watered reliably through every season. We build horse arenas with the grading, drainage, and footing that riders and horses depend on. And when a project calls for serious ground-moving or structure removal, our excavation and demolition crews bring the same precision to that work too.
We serve property owners across Princeton, Isanti, Isanti County, Sherburne County, and Hennepin County. Whether you're setting up a new horse operation, upgrading an existing farm, or clearing land for a fresh start, we know this region and we know what these properties demand through a Minnesota winter and a wet spring.
What sets us apart is simple: we specialize. We're not a general excavation company that occasionally takes on a farm job. Horse farm excavation, arena construction, and livestock water systems are what we do every day. That focus means fewer surprises, better results, and a crew that speaks your language from the first conversation.
If you're planning a project on your farm or ranch, we'd like to hear about it. Call us at (763) 464-9110 or email info@tglandworks.com. We're available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and we're happy to talk through what your property needs before anything else.
How We Work
What you can count on
Farm and Ranch Focus
We work almost exclusively on horse and livestock properties. That means we understand the grading, drainage, and footing needs farms require.
20+ Years of Experience
Two decades in excavation and demolition means fewer surprises on your job site. We have worked through the soil conditions and site challenges common across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
Arena Grading Precision
Horse arenas need consistent footing and proper drainage to stay safe and usable. We grade and build arenas with those performance standards in mind.
Livestock Water Systems
We install automatic livestock drinking systems designed to hold up through Minnesota winters. Your animals get reliable water access without daily manual effort.
Clean, Complete Demolition
We do not leave a half-finished site. Demolition work includes clearing debris and leaving the ground ready for the next phase of your project.
Straight Communication
You hear from us directly, not a call center. We tell you what the job involves, what to expect, and when we will be on site.
